Meet Our General Manager, Michael Mastracci
A veteran in the food service industry, Michael brings 22 years of experience to The Elevator. Michael started his career in 1977 working as a bus boy and Chef's assistant at Little Turtle Country Club and went on to fine tune his service skills serving and bartending in various restaurants in Columbus. Michael started managing in 1985 at the old Jack Bowman's Steakhouse, later named Jack's Suburban. In 1986, Michael managed in a restaurant company called Restaurant Concepts Inc. This tour of duty included resort properties in Tampa, Deerfield Beach and Ft. Lauderdale. After moving back to Columbus in 1991, Michael was the Assistant General Manager at Lindey's in German Village and truly learned what "upscale" dining in Columbus was all about. In 1997, Michael turned his sights to Magnolia, where he was General Manager until he and 2 other partners opened up what is now, Braddock's Grandview. After 3 years at Braddock's, Michael tested the waters in the Spa industry with Charles Penzone Inc. as a Director and Educator. Michael decided that to get back in the business, it would have to be a perfect situation. He found it at the Elevator!!

After savoring a hearty meal at The Elevator Brewing Company, be sure to challenge a friend to a
game of darts on any of our three classic dartboards, or take on a game of billiards on our
antique billiard tables. We have two beautifully restored billiard tables. Our 8 foot table is from
1891, and our 7 foot table dates back to 1884. |
